Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Orbygen Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Orbygen Technologies' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Services

Orbygen Technologies provides software development, web development, mobile app development, and IT consulting services. All services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in individual project agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources for project completion. Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any content or materials provided to Orbygen Technologies for inclusion in their projects.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. All payments are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials and services provided by Orbygen Technologies remain with Orbygen Technologies unless otherwise specified in writing. Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights as specified in their project agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical information, and client data.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orbygen Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Orbygen Technologies' website.

Termination

Orbygen Technologies may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
